our experience started with a little tour around the buffet arrangement area, the arrangement is so decorative it easily catches anyone attention there were so many items so many things which were completely new, so we were little unsure on what to start with, right when the staff comes to our assists. here i’d like to give a big shout out to ‘Nasher’ for his excellent service, with his classy service he made our dining experience the best possible, right when we were in dilemma on what to start with, the gentlemen comes to our assist with a smile and pleasantly asks “Sir, what would you like to have for the drink?”,  we then asked him to suggest one mocktail which is the best in the list and had it served, indeed the ‘Kiwi Envy’ was the best and i loved it. ‘Nasher’ served few appetizers to our tables with great presentation right after, we really appreciate him of showing a great courtesy and willingness to serve all the items to our table even being in a  buffet restaurant.
we started with few starters  on our plate, we the looked on to the salads section, there were whole lots of surplus ever satisfying fresh veggies, fruits and nuts. the bakers baskets had multigrain breads and different types of cheese with cheese being directly imported from various European countries, there were 4 pizzas including a charcoal one. the one which caught my attention most were the sushi’s, there were 6 variant’s (3 veg and 3 non veg), all these time i had only heard about it but had never experienced it until here , that too being a vegetarian myself , thank fully they had 3 veg versions and finally i could feel what sushi feels like. the middle row they had an arrangement for desserts, jaw dropping scenery of desserts with 14+ exotic delicacies uniformly arranged next to each other , truly mesmerizing, another point which caught my attention was they had at least 8+ mock tail filled in Martini glasses and colorfully kept and arranged just like a buffet section, people can just go pick up their drink of choice and come back for more if they would like, just like filling your plate from buffet section, i never had seen anything like that one before in any buffet restaurants, truly mesmerizing again.
one must note that the menu here is a widespread of an exotic global cuisines and not just limited to Indian cuisine. the people who are just used to Indian cuisine buffets may feel things are limited than what they used to eat at other buffet restaurant, they tend to see only few Indian starters and main course, not realizing the fact that the restaurant offers exotic delicacies from global cuisines, many of the dishes not even heard off, they have dishes from oriental (East Asian Cuisine), Mexican, Italian, Mediterranean and Indian.
talking about service, it’s on a whole another level, the professionalism and the class like no other, it’s more like an art of balancing between care and attention without being overbearing and stiff, the staff here are absolute representation of those elements, master class service with the utmost hospitality.
the buffet price costs range from Rs 1200 to Rs 1600 depending upon Lunch, Dinner and which Day you go, it’s an absolute worth of your experience, everything they prepare and everything they serve to you is the best possible ever one can get. every ingredients they use in the food is from the best available in the market. the water they serve you for the drink isn’t just an ordinary packaged water that you can buy in any super markets, they have it packaged fresh water imported from Himalayan regions of Bhutan  which costs Rs 350 Rs/- per glass bottle plus the few the items which aren’t grown here in India like wasabi and asparagus and are ridiculously expensive in International markets are there to experience it’s exoticism, an absolute 5 star experience indeed, you are completely getting back the worth for your money spent.
