a gem of a place offering very unique experience of Pan Asian cuisine and that too being pure vegetarian makes it one of a kinda places to visit in Bangalore.
talking about the ambiance, the whole setup and arrangement is very classy and elegant, they have both indoor and outdoor seating arrangement along with an additional floor for a large group and party kind of arrangements.
we started off with the beverages, that is Jasmine tea, Kiwi Mango mint, Kaffir lime cooler and chili volcano, absolutely loved the Kaffir lime cooler - it was a glass of orange juice (pure & natural, not a flavored) with kaffir leaves infused in the liquid. Jasmine tea was very aromatic.
then we had four variants in soups namely tom kha, laksa, lemon grass soup and bun nuoc. tom kha and laksa were coconut based creamy delicious soups and then the lemon grass soup was crystal clear liquid with lemon grass. the experience of having all these pan asian soups were very comfortably warming to start with appetizers. we had mixed veg dimsum, cheese dimsum, schezuan dimsun, deep fried wonton, crispy lotus stem in honey chili and vegetable fritters on sugarcane sticks. dimsum tasted really good and the dates sauce accompaniment made the experience even better. crispy lotus stem in honey chili was sweet crispy and crunchy, veg fritters on sugarcane sticks was amazing, it was veg ball fritter fixed it on top of a sugarcane stick, the taste of it was mix of savory and sweet.
and then we had hot-pot from the main course, a Chinese food lover must try item in my opinion, a savory liquid water is boiled in a big pot on an induction stove which is integrated into table itself, then loads of veggies, leaves, mushrooms and noodles are added to the pot in batches and the veggies are left to cook for about 10-15 minutes, once cooked you can start having the delicious hot pot for your satisfaction, the whole process of preparing the hot pot is done right in front f you on your table which is kinda cool
finally we finished the course of the meals the ice creams
- they offer unique flavors of ice creams made in house which are rich in flavor and tastes very unique, flavors they offer are lemon grass Ice cream, basil ice cream, red wine and fig and tender coconut you don't find these flavors at any other places except tender coconut one, the experience of taste is very unique , i highly recommended anyone to try all 4 of these flavors as these home made ice creams they serve tastes & feels something like you've never tried before.
a delightful & exotic pan Asian cuisine experience, definitely a must stop destination for pan Asian cuisine lovers, every item in the menu sounds and feels like a must try item, starting from beverages and appetizers to main course and desserts, every category of the menu is an experience worth trying, the menu category even includes waffles, sizzlers and coffee all with a Pan Asian touch.
service is highly professional and serving of the food is on right on time, there is a very good amount of space to park both 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler securely and comfortably in front of the restaurant so parking shouldn't be a problem.
